Ziad Makhzoumi has held senior executive positions in Europe, North America and the Middle East. He has expertise in the real estate, technology, financial services, engineering, manufacturing and the consultancy sectors. He has a solid foundation in corporate accounting, financial planning and analysis, financial control, financial IT systems, corporate development, audit, risk management, corporate governance and taxation. He developed an effective Investors Relationship function, and helped to change the Governance culture in various organisations. From the beginning of 2001 till his appointment as the CFO of Arabtec Holding PJSC in 2008, Ziad was involved in strategic consultancy and private equity buyouts and restructuring activities in Europe, the Middle East and North America.
